The paper analyses the current situation of Heilongjiang tourism industry, collects basic data about the 2010 and 2011 Heilongjiang Province Tourism. The paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the tourism industry in Heilongjiang under the environment of the economic crisis. For example, tourism development in our province is increasingly optimized, but the amount of international tourism slipped due to the economic crisis.
