As China's major energy production base, Heilongjiang Province has an important position in the country's energy security. With economic development and population growth, energy demand in Heilongjiang Province is increasing constantly in recent years. Increased energy exploitation intensity and environmental constraints have put greater pressure on the province in energy problem solution and the traditional mode of development of the energy industry is faced with serious challenges. In order to promote fast development of clean energy in Heilongjiang Province, this paper analyses the energy industry in Heilongjiang from three aspects: energy efficiency, energy structure and ecological environment. Considering the premise of coordinated development of energy, environment and economy, this paper proposes policy recommendations to promote brand-new development of energy industry in Heilongjiang Province. <<
