Based on the declining trend of China's fiscal revenue growth rate, this paper analyzes the current revenue situation by means of different reference frames. We study the fiscal revenue growth respectively from the macroscopic angle and the current economic situation in China, and make comparison with developed countries in the growth of the overall fiscal revenue. Analysis results show that, at present China's fiscal revenue growth rate is higher than the general international level. The decline of current fiscal revenue growth rate is an economicon phenomenon, we should be calm and optimistic in judging the current situation of China's fiscal revenue. <<
