The paper analyzes China's entrepreneurs in private sector using survey data, especially focusing on their rights, responsibility and development environment. The paper find that, although China's entrepreneurs in private sector have deep understanding in the concept of social management, their understanding is still limited in the area of economy and enterprises. In the aspect of social responsibility, 60% of interviewees have conducted charity and other philanthropy related activities. However, the publication of social responsibility report is quite rare. Many entrepreneurs show a pattern of incongruity between their understanding and practice. Furthermore, through the study of enterprises charity, fee allocation, accommodation, public relationship and their startup process, the authors analyze the difficulties of the development environment for China's entrepreneurs. Finally, for the last ten years, China's entrepreneurs' self recognition of their economic, social and political status has shown a downward trend, although most of them still define themselves as upper-middle class.
