This paper uses the descriptive statistical analysis method to compare Chinese women’s educational status based on the national census data from 1982 to 2010. It is found that women’s educational status have been greatly improved，although the outcome of women’s education is still lower than men’s，and there are obvious differences based on age，regions，rural and urban，and nationality. In the field of education，some targets in the“Program for Women’s Development in China（2011-2020）”have been achieved，but there are still some yet to be complied.
