Since 2010，the ACWF，the organization departments，the civil affairs departments and Li Kashing Foundation have conducted“Qi Pu Plan”in order to improve the work capability of rural women cadres in“Two Committees”. The project of training those rural women cadres in“Two Committees”has made many achievements，such as explored a new training model for the grass-roots rural women cadres，improved the quality of rural women’s political participation and promoted the economic development of the rural community.
