the evolution of the political situation of countries in Asia-Pacific region took on the characteristics of diversification，stable in general and unstable in part with some countries plunged into political turmoil，social disorder and uncertainty primarily because of such key factors as election year，economic troubles，corruption scandal，security threat and renewed nation-state building，etc.，and those countries in the region are to be confronted with various conundrums and challenges on the way ahead to stability，growth and modernization transformation.
