The key to explore the road of new urbanization to lead the new “3-ation”coordination of scientific development lies in the efforts to improve the quality of urbanization development.The Report constructs a regional urbanization quality evaluation system covering five dimensions，including population urbanization，economic urbanization，social urbanization，including environmental urbanization and spatial urbanization，which uses an hierarchical analytic process to decide the target weight.The urbanization quality of 18 Prefecture-level cities and 20 county-level cities in Henan province is measured by using the evaluation system.Finally，the policy suggestions aiming at the problems are proposed based on the analysis of the evaluation results.
