The city’s comprehensive carrying capacity is an important basis for judging the city sustainable development.On the basis of correctly grasping the connotation of comprehensive carrying capacity of city，the paper diagnoses the present situation and the problems of Henan city comprehensive carrying capacity from the environmental resources，economic and social aspects.Thus the suggestions for further promoting the Henan province city comprehensive carrying capacity are proposed.
