In 2013 Henan industrial economic showed the overall situation of “Stability in Slow，Progress in Stability”，and the “Stable” situation is formed，the “Progress” pattern is presented. Looking to the future，the external environment of “Stable” continue to optimize，and the restricting factors of “Progress” still exist. Henan industry is expected to maintain the stability of the pattern of development，Need to deepen the reform as the focus，build a strong foundation to support the “stability”，clear the main direction of “Progress”，improve the comprehensive measures of “doing”，Push the Henan Industry into the second season of “improving the quality and efficiency”.
