Comprehensive evaluation of regional industrial competitiveness，which can not only fully understand the relative level of the regional industrial competitiveness，and to take targeted measures to improve the quality and speed of regional industrial development，is the necessary requirement for Henan to narrow the regional gap，improve the overall industrial competitiveness，continue to promote the industrial economy “Progress in Stability”. Through the establishment of the guiding ideology and principles，this report constructs the competitiveness evaluation index system of regional industry in Henan. With the economic data from the Henan Statistical Yearbook in 2012 as the basis，this paper makes comprehensive evaluation on the competitiveness of Henan regional industry，and analyzes the reason for the regional differentiation of industrial competitiveness. According to the evaluation results，some countermeasures and suggestions of promoting competitiveness are given.
