In recent years，producer service industry has been an important driving force of Henan province. On one hand，the development of producer services can strengthen the local economy;on the other hand，it can also promote the restructuring of the industrial economy and sustainable development. By analyzing the promotion effects and problems of producer services on industrial transformation and upgrading in Henan province，this paper gives some practical advice and suggestions on how to promote the industrial restructuring and upgrading through the development of producer services in Henan province.
