Restricted by the household registration of various institutional factors，the lack of economic resources and social capital，differences of cultural level and values between urban and rural areas，the qualities of the immigrant workers，the program for rural youth integrating into the city，even the process of the urbanization，is blocked. From the perspective of the Communist Youth League Organizations，we not only to confront with the trend，explore the development of it as well as set a goal for it in the work，but also，based on service，to be a reliable strength for the youth who are in trouble by adopting a long-term perspective and pragmatic working style. Leading the immense youth to engage into the construction of urbanization，we will make active contributions to help the rural youth realize citizenization，promote social harmony，stability and development.
