The year 2013 has witnessed the flourishing development of charitable organizations，especially for the more active participations by private charitable organizations. This report summarizes the classifications of charitable organizations and management mechanisms，and further analyzes the development of charitable organizations and the legal environment. Additionally，this report investigates the launches of websites of 15 charitable organizations，and explores the situation of information disclosure of charitable organizations. Finally，this report offers proposals for the healthy and steadily growth of charitable organizations.
