On the whole，there are large numbers of normative documents of law.The level of these documents is clear，and the division of work is reasonable.The main contents and legislative purposes of the specific categories of food safety law documents keep in step with food safety work in our whole country and whole province.These documents play a basic role in leading，regularizing，safeguarding food safety work of Henan province.However，there are some problems and shortcomings in existing norms of food safety law，which to be solved and overcome.
