In 2012，Henan High Court set up the system of implementation of the misjudgments lifelong accountability in the lead，which has aroused widespread concern.The establishment of this system is a benefit exploration to strengthen the sense of responsibility of the judge handling the case，to improve the quality and efficiency of the trial，to reduce and prevent the occurrence of misjudged.In practice，Henan Court took a series of effective measures and encountered problems and difficulties，in order to improve the working mechanism of misjudged prevention and promote judicial justice in a nationwide.
