Under the vested legal frame of land expropriation compensation and resettlement at national level，Henan province developed and refined the system of collective land expropriation compensation，but the system still has some shortages such as unreasonable design，low compensation standards，narrow scope of compensation，bad effectiveness of compensation manners，incomplete procedures，less relief and so on.Whereas the current situation and future development trend of China’s land systems and considering the actual conditions，Henan should establish the principle of complete compensation，enlarge compensation scope；establish the uniform legal standards for filing suitcase of land expropriation compensation and so on.
