In recent years，Henan province accelerate the legislation and the establishment of the intangible cultural heritage as the main line，improve policies and regulations system construction，play a positive role in the development of the intangible cultural heritage cause.But the construction of the legal system of intangible cultural heritage in Henan Province still has some problems.Many important policies and laws need to be modified，and the development of intangible cultural heritage is lack of basic policy framework in some areas.In the future，we should focus on the work of the intangible cultural heritage of Henan Province，improve the modification and perfection of significant legislation，add regulations to sufficient financial support and personnel training，promote the protection and utilization of the intangible cultural heritage of the rule of law.
