In recent years，the work of petition related law and litigation in Henan Province has made remarkable progress in experimental reform，case handling quality improvement，source treatment，information platform construction.But some deep-seated contradictions still restrict the development of this work.To solve these problems，we must continue to advance the system and mechanism reform process of petition related law and litigation，optimization petition power operation mechanism，perfect petition assessment system，improve the level of legal thinking in handling with petition，to strengthen the system guarantee for petition people rights by adopting multiple channels and whole process measures.
