At present，the situation of Henan legal anti-corruption is quite good：the idea of fighting against corruption by law has win support among the people；the legal basis has preliminarily formed；restriction and supervision for power by law have had results；the deterrent from punishing the corrupted has gradually grown.But some unfavorable factors which influence the smooth operation of legal anti-corruption still exist；the feudal thought and idea are waited to be cleared further；the system of anti-corruption by laws and regulations needs further improvement and perfection；the restraint and supervision against power should be further strengthened.This article will put forward the countermeasure and suggestion to improve the operating status of Henan legal anti-corruption，and give the prospect of legal anti-corruption movement trends.
