网络反腐是反腐利器。但是，由于人们的法治意识不强，网络反腐运行的法律体系和配套机制不够健全；网民在进行网络反腐时违反道德精神甚至是违法的行为时常发生。建议将网络反腐纳入法治化轨道，作为体制内反腐的稳定组成部分，以最大限度发挥网络反腐的积极效应，避免其副作用和消极社会影响。
<<In recent years，the network anti-corruption becomes a new form of anti-corruption，but because of the people’s legal awareness is not high enough，the legal system and supporting mechanisms of network anti-corruption is still imperfect，even immoral and illegal behavior often occur when users carry up anti-corruption in network.Therefore，we should put the network anti-corruption into the orbit of the rule of law，take it as a system of anti-corruption stable component，and exert its positive effect to maximum，avoid the side effects and negative social influence.
