Terminal transportation,as well as rapid transportation,is an important component of urban transportation. The paper has focused on the terminal transportation of the metropolitan area of Kyoto and Kansai,analyzed the impact of terminal transportation on travelers,stations and public transportation. This is to understand the role of government in building terminal transportation and to explore the function of terminal transportation in connecting rapid transportation to build up urban transportation in China. <<
