The paper,based on the reports and strategy issued by American Government and organization of innovation,illustrated the new trends for space factor in US innovation system. According to the analysis,the paper showed that the federal initiatives,reforms and investments will leverage the power of innovation in U.S..By integrating the research parks,technology incubators,universities,federal laboratories,and adjacent properties,the Innovation Zones would serve as the centerpiece of efforts to modernize the U.S.approach to fostering competitive research and development. The policies that improve collaboration,encourage new models for research,and attract global talent to Communities of Innovation,will enhance the American technology competitiveness in the future. <<
