With the Great Western Development and Lan-Xi economic zone approved by the state,it was growing more and more prominent that Xining growing up to a central city of Qinghai-Tibetan Area. The position of a central city is inseparable from the strong economic strength. Based on analysis on existing industry,key contradiction in industry development,the paper put forward Xining industrial development must achieve the transformation and upgrading,and then studies on development orientation of Xining industry transformation,function planning,industrial transition path and strategy. <<
