2007 was the second year for President Morales in office.The government continued to push forward nationalization to such sectors as mining and telecommunication.The constitutional assembly put forward a draft constitution at the end of 2007.Though agricultural output declined，due to natural disasters，and economic growth rate was lower than the previous year，most of the other major indicators of the economy improved.In the social sector，the government continued to make efforts towards the goal of reducing poverty and increasing investments in education and health care.In terms of international relations，Bolivia kept on pursuing multilateral diplomacy.
