In recent years，100% renewable energy city is increasingly becoming a hot spot in international，under the background of China actively promoting new energy city construction，it has strong theoretical and practical significance to explore the corresponding planning theory and method.Unlike the special urban energy planning focus on the urban energy development and utilization，100% renewable energy urban planning is integrated city planning，includes power，transportation，heating and cooling，land and other planning，involves a broader，requirements are also relatively high.This paper systematically summarized and analyzed the planning concepts and methods of 100% renewable energy city in the international，and gives a number of suggestions for Chinese 100% renewable energy city planning.
