>Over the past few years，the practices of social enterprises have emerged in China. These enterprises have already played certain roles in the fields of employment，poverty alleviation，social services，etc. From a practical view，although social enterprises in mainland are facing some developmental predicaments，including limited autonomy，inadequate spirit of social innovation，lack of social identity and so on.，with the enhancement of civil consciousness and the promotion of social innovation mechanism，there still exists some development opportunities. The entrepreneurial social enterprises with independent spirit will become the leaders in the field.
