The scope of the paper focuses on Overseas Mandarin Chinese Language Education.By analyzing relevant literature，this paper aims to elaborate on the development stages of Taiwan’s overseas Mandarin Chinese Education since 1949，ranging from administrative duties and policy-making processes，Overseas Chinese language schools and language centers，teacher training channels，and compilation and promotion of Chinese teaching materials.

The results of this investigation include the following：First，from 1951 onward，overseas Mandarin Chinese education has been one of the major endeavors of Taiwan’s Overseas Chinese Affairs.Second，in recent years overseas Mandarin Chinese education has been undergoing a gradual transition.Taiwan has been taking proactive steps in orienting overseas Chinese language teachers to enter mainstream schools.Third，Taiwan’s overseas Mandarin Chinese education has utilized（Taiwan’s proud）information technology（IT）to implement the cloud learning platform，and provide the content and interface of modern Chinese language learning.It is hoped that by so doing，（Taiwan’s）Chinese language teaching will be able to align with international standards，and truly act upon the devolvement and development of Chinese cultural inheritance.
