The features of EU's Asia-Pacific strategy its enhanced intensity in economic diplomacy, the increasing of the field and scope of cooperation, the improvement of its willingness of engaging into Asia-Pacific security affairs, and the emphasis of EU values. Strengthening its cooperation with Asia-Pacific states will help the EU to recover from economic crisis, maintain its global influence, and stabilize and balance its relation with the US. Due to its decreased relative economic power and influence, EU's role in Asia-Pacific will be limited. <<
