After years of efforts,Germany has finally worked out in 2011 the "Concept for Africa" including the policy for North Africa, and within this framework determined Germany its long-term goal in North Africa. The policy areas has been expanded and the strategic target seems specified and clear. The attitude and response of the German government on Libyan crisis reflect to some extent the interests choice of Germany in North Africa.Regarding the Middle East policy which is closely related to the North Africa policy, and especially on the core issue of the conflict between Palestine and Israel, the black-yellow coalition continues to adhere to the traditional position of successive governments in Germany. At the same time of the huge financial assistance to the Palestinian people, shows the coalition however politically an obvious "structural partiality" to Israel.
