2010年，日中贸易总额达到3018。5540亿美元（比上年增长30。0%），首次突破3000亿美元大关。预计，2011年中国经济还将维持较高水平的增长，日中贸易很有可能刷新历史最高纪录。
根据中方统计，2010年日本对华直接投资达到42。42亿美元，比上年增长了3。0%。2010年，随着劳动纠纷频发、重新调整最低工资标准等事件的发生，在华日资企业开始意识到人工成本前所未有的上涨。另一方面，中国较早地摆脱了金融危机的影响，其GDP规模又跃居世界第二，外国企业对作为市场的中国抱有极大的关注。日本企业也不例外，可以预见，在继续保持对中国高度关注的同时，日本企业的对华投资也将稳步发展。

According to Chinese statistics，Japan’s direct investment to China reached 4.242 billion US dollars in 2010，up by 3.0 percent.During this year，in China，the labor disputes happened frequently，and the fixing and adjusting of the minimum standards of wages was recalled，so that Japanese companies have gained a greater awareness of labor cost’ raise.On the other hand，China has earlier got out of the financial crisis effects and became the world’s second-largest economy，as a result，foreign enterprises have great concern in China as the consumer market.The Japanese businesses are no exception.It is expected that while continuing to maintain a high concern in China，Japanese enterprises will steadily increase the investment to China.
