Up to now，agriculture issue has been taken as one of the biggest reasons of little progress in the Integration of Northeast-Asian Economy.And in the economic field，it has been regarded as the main obstacle.But this is wrong.Owing to the homogeneity and heterogeneity of the agriculture of Northeast Asian，it decides that Northeast Asian countries could and should come together.As vulnerable agricultural countries，China，Japan and Korea should be hand in hand，and give voice to their common idea to the world so as to realize mutual defense.Because of great differences of innate endowment of agricultural resource，these countries should make fully use of their respective comparative advantages for complementary and Win-Win cooperation.In conclusion，agriculture issue should not be the obstacle of the Integration of Northeast Asian；On the contrary，it should be the stimulation of it.
