In 2011，many countries in the Middle East，North Africa，Europe and the United States have experienced varying degrees of social unrest，revolution，and even war. Many hidden national social chaos，a total of new Internet technology variable-based on the Internet 2.0（Web 2.0）role in fueling social media technology and its potential to influence world politics did not get the attention they deserves. Currently，all the facts show that social media is the new variable affecting world politics. Reorganizing and studying this new variable in world politics can help us to understand the world political changes in the new Internet era and improve China’s Internet-related new strategy.
