The international community has different opinions on international financial crisis. Many people view it from an angle of the financial globalization and international financial system. According to me，neoliberalism as an economic theory of U.S. and European countries evolved into the economic policy in world’s main countries and resulted in that the neoliberal theory and its trend of thoughts as a kind of policy ran rampant all over the world. This is a deep root of the international financial crisis and global economic turmoil. Neoliberalism as an economic policy in many countries also has some influence on our country’s policy，so China should pay more attention to it and give a proper response.
