The Tea Party Movement was rising very soon after the Obama’s inauguration. The Tea Party Movement is belonging to the right-wing Populist movement，of which the political stand is close to that of the Republican Party. The members and supporters persist in racial bias in favor of white supremacy. The fundamental cause of the Tea Party Movement’s rise consists in social panic caused by economic turmoil and periodic financial crisis brought about by the basic contradictions of U.S.’ capitalist system. The rise of the Tea Party Movement has exposed the limitations and deficiencies in American party system. The Tea Party Movement is now a political force which should not be neglected，and it has produced a great influence on U.S.’ mid-term election in November 2010. The U.S.’ general election of 2012 is an important touchstone for testing the future trend and success or failure of the Tea Party Movement.
