Left Forum 2012 was held at Pace University，New York city on March 16-18^th. The theme of the forum is “Occupy the System：Confronting Global Capitalism”. It set up more than 400 panels，and more than 4500 attendees including Left progressive intellectuals，political activists，movement organizers，trade unionists，and the interested public came together. They engaged a wide range of critical perspectives on the global capitalism. Around the “Occupying movement”，the crisis of capitalism，the alternatives to current capitalism and the revival of the Left，the attendees discussed deeply and shared ideas for understanding and transforming the world.
