The indemnificatory policy of China’s housing had a great improve in 2007. And on August China’s State Department announced several notions about State Department on how to solve the low-income family upon the housing difficulty，and this issue put forward the goals and frame of the housing policy. On November，the Construction Section promulgated that cheap-rent housing ensured measure and economically affordable housing management measure perfected the housing ensured policy ulteriorly. And also supported the policy that to settle the family who had middle and low-income problems. But Chinese housing ensured policy system are not healthiness in all parts，need more criterion，require the supports and building of laws. In this paper，we try to explain the evolvement of the Chinese housing ensured policy，and analyze the existent problems. We bring forward the countermeasures and suggestions at last.
