The year of 2007 was the year of legislation，construction of harmony，and development for China’s estate management industry. The enactment of the Property Law and the revision of the Item of Property Management brought the legal security，fresh chance of development，and new requirement for the estate management industry. Based on the review of the development（especially the hot spot）of the estate management industry in China and the impact of the Property Law on that in 2007，and the prediction of the development of the industry in 2008，this thesis is to serve for the practitioners in the estate management industry to learn the relative issues clearly and face the future challenges from a view in a higher level.
