There’s a certain logic between and resource-based city economic restructuring，and they are very important to Da-ye city of Hubei Province. To response the double opportunities，Da-ye city should change development pattern，overcome the key questions，innovate system and mechanism and win police support. At the same time，those are very important to define the basic orientation of industry，society and ecologic development rationally，compile comprehensive regional planning，increase connection between Da-ye city and Wuhan urban agglomeration and experiment reforming firstly. So，the experience of Wuhan urban agglomeration development，“resource-saving and environment-friendly society” development and resource-based city economic restructuring in China can be gained too.
