The Bohai economic circle consisted of Beijing，Tianjin，Hebei，Shandong and Liaoning Province. With the excellent condition of technology，education and industry，the area will be one of the most important economic engineers of China. And yet，the area’s finance industry including the insurance industry will play an important role in promoting the economy. For that reason，we will analyze the status of the insurance industry in the Bohai economic circle and then make suggestion about how to develop the area’s insurance. At the same time，we will also discuss the insurance special reform zone in the circle-Binhai special economic zone.
