Education informatization is a strategic requirement for China to give priority to education development. Recently，with implementation of a series programme，China has made remarkable achievements in education informatization，it takes strong support to the process of educational modernization.

To analyze the current problems in the process of education informatization，we discuss the technical challenges，according to the project of digital interactive classroom，in aspect of construction of digital resources public service publishing platform，multimedia teaching materials，and interactive information instruction，corresponding approaches and suggestions are shown in this paper.

The background，foundation，principle goals as well as organization framework of digital interactive classroom construction are discussed in this paper. Currently，key technologies of education resources publishing platform，as well as new model of digital copyright protection are almost to solve. A lot of strongly interactive and interesting digital textbooks and supplementary materials are developed. Demonstrations of applying digital interactive classroom are running in some chosen areas，which reflect typical application of education informatization with IOT.

With digital interactive classroom，teaching materials can be shown in comprehensive ways，it facilitates interactivity and cooperation between students and teachers，supports students to learn autonomously and exploringly，encourages students to develop personalization. Implementation of digital interactive classroom in national wide，can push forward China education reform，realizes fair education，promotes education quality.
