This paper analyzes the operation of the energy industry in 2011，and revises some important points of the energy industry，such as coal，oil and electricity. According to targets of promoting the adjustment of energy structure in China’s“12th Five-Year Plan”，this paper describes the existing imbalances in China’s current energy structure. On this basis，this paper the goals of strategic adjustment target of China’s energy structure as well as the path to achieve the target，and then gives recommendations on this topic.
