Both of the supply and demand in China’s coal market are flourishing in 2011，the first year of the“12^th Five-Year Plan”，and this caused the price of coal’s continuing rising. As the coal supply in the region was faced with structural problems，coal imports rebound fast and reached a record high after the significant downturn at the begging of the year of 2011. At the same time，the new international situation of coal industry has a new taller requirement for China. In 2012，China’s coal industry will promote coal integration energetically，and enhance the ability of sustainable development.
