According to the“Twelfth Five-year”background of the transformation of development mode，the economical background of the Financial crisis，European debt crisis，the environmental background of the global climate problem，the development of new energy industry has great significance in driving our industries to update，reducing carbon dioxide emission，improving the proportion of our energy production and consumption，increasing employment，changing economical development mode and protecting environment. This paper introduces global and China’s new energy industries development，reveals the inadequacy of China’s new energy industries development，analyzes briefly the new energy trade friction problems between China and other developed countries，and finally gives several policy recommendations on China’s new energy industry development combined with China’s related new energy industry policies.
