In recent years，attention to preprimary education increased year by year，topics about it increased.The report sumed up the general characteristics of the public opinion and the problem need to deal with，such as lacking of guard and management，lacking of timely reaction.Then，it gave some suggestions on the basis of comparative analysis of the first half year of 2011 and 2012 preprimary education network public opinion，such as strengthening the prevention and management，setting agenda by multi-channel，increasing inputs and concerns and introducing relevant laws.
