In the first half of 2012，the public opinion events of primary education and secondary education frequently occur，and become the focus of public attention，which continued some characteristics of negative public opinion led，wide geographic distribution，higher rate of new media’s exposure in the first half of 2011.But there were a few new features，such as frequent events of student affairs and public health of campus，physical and psychological health problems of teachers and students triggered widespread concern.Moreover，on dealing with public opinion，more than 90% events in the half of 2012 responded to the crisis，and the rate of exposure before intervention increased more than 10 percent.However，there were still some problems in handling part of public opinion events，for instance，poor sense of crisis prevention，lack of prior judgments or regulatory，untimely or inconsistent response to crisis，evading the issue，and so on.Many hot events of primary education and secondary education in the half of 2012 reflected the significance of correctly responding to public opinion crisis by each of educators，schools and education departments.Specific solutions as follows：timely response with one voice to grasp the the initiative in guiding public opinion，taking the issue seriously to ensure the public’s right to know，improving the mechanism of public opinion monitoring and summarized assessment of crisis，strengthening error correction education and respecting students，supervision of the implementation of the policy，and attaching great importance to the mental health problems and life education on teachers and students.
