Along with the rapid development and popularity of the internet，there are more and more network violence phenomena.From the event of “five-bar boy” in 2011，we smell network violence again.Research found that：the communication process of network violence information has three characteristics including compound communicators，irrational content and serious consequence. Therefore，our country must increase the strength of supervision and punishment of network violence information，improve netizens’ moral accomplishment，set up network rules，and strengthen guidance of traditional media.
