This article analyzes the status of operation of financial markets in Xinjiang from the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region with the actual operation status of the financial industry,and gives the "12th five-year plan"in Xinjiang during the general idea of the financial industry,i.e. promoting the financial reform that is comprehensive,open and development,building organizational diversity,efficient service,regulatory prudence,risk-controlled financial system,and continuously enhancing the function of financial markets;Finally,policy design and system construction in Xinjiang is given to guarantee of future financial development of specific measures. <<
