"The 12th five-year plan"is a critical period in the process of Gui Zhou province's upgrading of an industrial structure and the realization of strategic adjustment of economic society. Meanwhile,it will see a completely new time of Gui Zhou's development of the west regions.In such a special period,the development of financial industry will not only be the foundation of supporting economic development,but also be a necessary way to improvement of comprehensive competitive power and balanced development of Gui Zhou province and the west regions.Even more,it will ensure improvement of people's livelihood.This paper,based on the conclusion of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan made by financial industry in Gui Zhou province and combination of present situation of financial industry,analyzes government's suggestions for the 12th Five-Year Plan of financial industry,and hope Gui Zhou's financial industry to drive ahead sound and fast. <<
