Finance is the core of the economy,there is a close link between economic growth and financial development.On one hand,economic growth can effectively promote financial development;on the other hand,financial development can provide effective support and protection for economic growth.This report will review the development of the finance and economy of Tibet in the 11th five-year plan period,and at the conditions of the spirit of Fifth session of the party's 17th session,of the central fifth working conference on Tibet,of the great western development work session,and of Autonomous regional committee work conference,to analyze the development mentality about Tibet's finance in the 12th five-year plan period and offer some recommendations. <<
